The Dangers of Vaporizing – Are Electronic Cigarettes Harmful?
Do you know the dangers of vaping? The vapors created by E-Liquids are considered less harmful than smoke from a typical cigarette. But think about another dangers of E-Liquids?
There were many studies published that time to the dangers of E-Liquids. One study published in the Journal of American Science reported that vaporizing flavored water can lead to a rise in leukemia along with other cancers. Another study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine reported that smokers who vaped were at a threefold greater risk of experiencing gum disease, stroke, or breathing complications. Both these studies seriously the heels of a report released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that suggested that nearly one in five middle-aged and older adults have at least one type of oral cancer, which is the second highest recorded reason behind death for that age group.
Along with both of these studies the dangers of E-Liquids seem to go hand in hand with other reports about the dangers of E-Liquids. A study published in June of 2021 in the Archives of Internal Medicine reported that there was a solid trend of increasing risk with the use of e-juices, especially for adults. The study defined e-liquid use as any liquid that contains caffeine, chocolates, lecithin, or flavors of tobacco, or that tout themselves as “iquid candy.” The report continued to say that these products were a leading cause of unintentional deaths among middle-aged and older adults.
